Dr. Ravichandran is a successful serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of industry experience in the technology area. He has founded and grown several technology services and technology education companies over his long career.
Dr. Ravichandran oversees the company’s expansive state-of-the-art development center of 1000+ members in Mangalore, India, in addition to overseeing the management team. Dr. Ravichandran’s progressive management practices make him an influential and beloved figure in the organization and the community at large.
In addition to overseeing the business operations, Dr. Ravichandran is heavily involved in driving the company’s social responsibility initiatives. He co-founded the GT Foundation, a philanthropic organization committed to solving today’s most challenging social issues. The Foundation also honors and financially rewards the cultural icons in the area of music, dance, literature and folk art, who all too often do not get the support they deserve.
Dr. Ravichandran’s other community involvements include organizing a large scale effort to combat poverty and hunger and delivering healthcare solutions and educational opportunities to the economically challenged people of the area.
Dr. Ravichandran was a Professor at St. Philomena College for 30 years and holds a Master of Science, Master of Philosophy and a PhD degree, in addition to a Fulbright fellowship at Clemson University.
Vidya is the founder and president of GlowTouch Technologies. Vidya is responsible for driving the company’s global expansion efforts and has helped the company penetrate new markets and expand its service portfolio. She oversees the company’s overall growth strategy out of the Louisville-based headquarters and works closely with the sales, marketing and production teams to ensure exceptional customer service remains a top organizational priority.
Vidya’s impactful leadership has resulted in GlowTouch’s recognition on the Inc. 500/5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies four consecutive years. Vidya was recently recognized by Business First as the “2012 Business Leader of the Year” and was also recognized by the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame as an “Emerging Entrepreneur” in 2011.
Vidya is incredibly active in the Louisville community and serves on several non-profit boards including the G.L.I.P. board and the Walden School board. Moreover, she ensures the company actively contributes resources to local organizations including the American Lung Association of Kentucky, KentuckianaWorks SummerWorks, Start-Up Weekend Louisville, IdeaFestival, Code Louisville, and more.
Vidya consistently champions local entrepreneurial initiatives in the community, particularly when they relate to Women Technology Entrepreneurs, whom she feels are a rare breed across the country.
Prior to founding GlowTouch, Vidya was Director of Business Development at National Processing Company. Vidya graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a Masters in Science degree in Molecular Biology
Russ and his team are responsible for structuring and optimizing high-performance hybrid development teams, managing projects, cultivating relationships and exceeding client expectations. Russ is focused solely on maximizing value for the company's clients and partners.
With more than 25 years of software experience, Russ brings to the table diverse business and technology expertise across multiple verticals. He specializes in helping start-up and fast growth companies improve their competitive position in the marketplace.
Russ has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University.
Jude Augusta is Vice President of Business Development for GlowTouch Technologies. Jude is responsible for spearheading the company’s wide-ranging lead management activities to support the company’s top-line growth and expand its client roster.
Jude has spent years in the technology sector, building relationships in the hosting / domain-registration, and general e-commerce arena. Jude started his IT career in a highly-visible role for a boutique, systems-integration firm, honing his business-acumen around “biz-tech” efficiencies. In his role at Lycos, Jude executed numerous sales and distribution deals from D&B, to Sprint, to Network Solutions, and several others. Leveraging relationships built at Lycos in the domain registration and hosting sector, Jude partnered with a number of those peers in the domain-monetization industry at Sedo.com, as well as with other consulting clients in domain hosting and registration industries.
Jude brought that network to the electronic-payments sector, where his former employer (Litle) now enjoys processing payments for the vast majority of household brands in the sector. Familiar with cloud-computing platforms, Jude consulted for Cloud Capital Group to build out the brand, operations, and overall plan.
Jude received his law degree from Seton Hall University and his MBA from Nichols College.
Paul is responsible for identifying and implementing service and process improvement initiatives to support the company’s growth. Previously, Paul led the company’s web design and Rapid Response Support Services program as Director of Support Services. Paul frequently collaborates with other members of the executive team to devise and implement strategic programs aimed at enabling the organization.
Paul oversees the CMMI initiative to drive quality in project delivery for all of GlowTouch’s clients. He focuses on delivering excellence through metrics driven management and develops processes to improve all operational and functional areas of the business which includes Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Project Delivery and Customer Service.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science, Masters in Computer Engineering and Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
Shyamprasad spearheads the operational efforts of GlowTouch's technical team in the Mangalore office and brings substantial experience to the role. With nearly fifteen years of operational IT experience, Shyamprasad's responsibilities include formulating policies and workplace standards, overseeing day-to-day operations, and contributing in other administrative capacities.
Shyamprasad was instrumental in taking the operations in Mangalore from a three person organization to what is now a 1000+ person organization. He has been involved in every aspect of Operational Management, from overseeing key hires for all departments to managing client relationships to managing and meeting the needs of the growing employee base. He has been instrumental in managing the development of the state-of-the-art infrastructure in Mangalore.
Shyamprasad has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mangalore University and a Master of Business Administration in Operations from Sikkim Manipal University.
Yogish leads the overall management of GlowTouch's system and network administration efforts and oversees the company's entire technical infrastructure. In his role, Yogish supervises activities related to firewall configuration, troubleshooting, server setup and infrastructure development. He actively participates in implementing network and information security controls at the organizational level and coordinates administration tasks and activities for various production systems.
Yogish has more than 14 years of diverse information technology experience and holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications.

JR has been performing successful buyouts for nearly 20 years, as both an executive and an investor. While still in his twenties, he led the buy-out of a group of East Coast wholesale, retail, and real estate companies.
Over 10 years, JR has been responsible for the company's growth to over $80 million in revenue and 300 employees, and has successfully exited through a strategic sale. JR received a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Duke University with Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude honors and Distinction and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Todd Collins has been a Consultant, Executive and Investor in growth and mid-market companies for 20 years. He was a Managing Director at Parthenon Group, the Boston-based International Strategy Consulting firm. There he led the Technology Practice, advising public and private growth companies in the areas of market selection, distribution strategy, and mergers & acquisitions.
Todd received a BA from Harvard University with honors and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
Vik is the co-founder of a number of high-tech startup companies such as Backupify, Inc,. Scalable Ventures LLC and Passion4art, Inc. From 2001 to 2010, he served as a Managing Director of the Enterprise Corp in Louisville, where he managed a portfolio of over 100 client companies and helped them raise $120 million. Prior to the Enterprise Corp, he worked as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at bCatalyst, an early-stage business incubator. He started his career working as a consultant for GE Appliances where he was a founding member of their Internet team.
Vik holds a B.S. degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (major in Computer Engineering) from Virginia Tech.
