Corporate Social Responsibility
GlowTouch's commitment to corporate philanthropy has been a cornerstone of the company since its inception. We have always understood the importance of giving back to our community and particularly those less fortunate. More importantly, we understand that it’s our responsibility to support and enrich the quality of life in the communities where we live and work. Contributing time, money and resources to a variety of charitable organizations in our community, GlowTouch strives to espouse the highest ideals of corporate social responsibility.
GlowTouch's very own 'Bright Lights' program was established in 2010 and provides pro-bono website development services to non-profits that are making a positive difference in the community. One example of a website to benefit from the "Bright Lights" program is Dummies Drama. This performance group is based in India and aims to reacquaint the community to dramatic theatre. In an effort to promote on-going charitable giving, GlowTouch established the GT Foundation in Mangalore in 2004 to help spread the wide-reaching benefits of corporate social responsibility. The GT Foundation works towards solving today’s most challenging problems including domestic violence, poverty, disease, hunger, old age, and more.
GlowTouch actively contributes to local organizations and programs including the Teens of Kentucky Cancer Walk, the American Lung Association of Kentucky, KentuckianaWorks SummerWorks, and more. We’re also actively involved in sponsoring a number of local community initiatives including Start-Up Weekend Louisville, IdeaFestival, India Day, and Louisville’s newly opened iHub.
GlowTouch has also partnered with Amazing Global Marketplace (AGM) to support the organization’s mission of arming Louisville’s youth with invaluable international business experience. GlowTouch is lending a hand to AGM by developing a technology platform for the program to help support its ongoing expansion in the Louisville community.
