Description:
One Click Pony is a web based handicapping tool. It is for handicapping horses on different tracks. It is easy to use and customizable to preferences.
The application uses data file from BRIS (a value-added reseller of past performances horseracing data) as input to the system. The data is then sent over to a web service which produces a predicted order of finish for each race by performing a series of evaluations on past performances and some user specific biases. User can set the application to run in either Full-Auto mode or User-Defined mode. In Full-Auto mode, the application will apply biases to each race without any additional input from users. In User-Defined mode, the user can adjust the biases for each race individually, to his personal preferences. Race results are displayed on screen and/or emailed to the user in the file format specified by the user.

- System Design - Analyzing customer requirements and providing inputs to HRPlus on effective feasible solutions.
- Programming and Development - Developing new applications, add-ons to existing applications and bridging applications (across new and legacy systems). Have developed Windows/Web-based applications using different versions of .Net Framework (using VS .Net 2002, VS .Net 2003, VS .Net 2005), SQL Server (2000, 2005) and ASP Scripting.
- Integrated Testing - Subjecting applications to rigorous testing process prior to user-release. Documenting test plans/cases.

Project Description
Some of the applications that we have built for HRPlus are listed below:
PMS (Project Management System): A web based project management and collaboration system for project teams at HRPLUS. PMS architecture allows for the consulting team to collaborate with each other in one space. PMS encompasses the most important aspects of project management, such as project planning, task planning, task prioritizing and document sharing for ongoing project support.

RA (Researcher Application): A web based online tool primarily used by researchers at HRPlus. It has different modules to keep track of data related to pre-employment background verification: Applicant Information, References Information, Employment Verifications, Education Verifications, Personal Reference Interviews, and Professional Reference Interviews. It facilitates HRPlus to generate high-end pre-employment background reports. Atlas is extensively used to enrich user experience with fast page/data retrievals.

Legacy Data Importer: A windows based application designed to facilitate data imports from legacy to new STG systems. Application resides on the web server as a service executing at set intervals. It has feature to set different import parameters: Specific Dataset, Execution intervals etc.,

Outgoing Fax Service: A Web service designed to accept XML input and print documents over Fax printers. Multiple word documents can be sent over to this service to be faxed to recipients.
