COO Forum needed a central area for posting news, events, and meetings, as well as a place for Chief Operating Officers and other Second-in-Command Executives to develop and share best practices, to connect the greater Second-in-Command community and to broaden understanding and knowledge throughout the greater business community.

GlowTouch developed a solution by customizing COO Forum's CMS (Content Management System) to display new stories, events and meetings. Our developers made it possible for the site to offer memberships for both paying and non-paying members. Registered paying members are given access to the eForum, a private and confidential Web 2.0 collaborative featuring individual profile pages, discussion forums, a library and industry forums.

COO Forum was able to leverage GlowTouch Technical Staff to remotely develop their CMS (Content Management System) to improve the company's ability to bring together the world-wide community of Chief Operating Officers and Second-in-Command Executives. Our developers automated some of the site's features to improve the sign-up process, and improved the business image for a more professional exterior to the site.
