Management Essentials is a software application used to run a membership-based business. The software uses a database to store member information as well as track attendance and log visits. The membership module tracks purchases made by each member, and incorporates a scheduling module to make appointments. Some features of the software include front desk management, PoS (Point of Sale), inventory control, employee management and scheduling. Additional features can be added specific to the industry : health clubs, wellness centers, karate schools, and personal training studios. An accounting module can be implemented to monitor cash flow on each member account.
