Developed Digital Forest’s CMS (Content Management System), MessagePac. MessagePac is an advanced Website management and communication suite that includes content management, email newsletters, user directory, product marketing and user group management, with a Google-based upload facility. MessagePac uses Smarty © Templates for ease in modifying front page layouts.

Digital Forest was able to leverage GlowTouch Technical Staff to remotely develop the MessagePac Application to enhance the company's current product offering. MessagePac uses XML instead of a database for storing site data and also enables non-technical users to create, edit and publish content to their website, email lists, Intranets and Extranets, without help from web designers or agencies, and all from a browser-based interface that’s accessible at anytime, from anywhere. This customer facing web application has helped Digital Forest improve their customer's experience and drive more revenue.
