Dr. Ravichandran is a successful serial entrepreneur and has over 30 years of industry experience, over 20 of those in the high technology area. Having successfully founded and grown several ventures over his career, Dr. Ravichandran brings a very strong operational and management expertise to GlowTouch.

Dr. Ravichandran was a Professor at St. Philomena College for 30 years and holds a Master's degree from Karnataka University,

M. Phil from Madras University and a PhD and Fulbright scholarship from Clemson University, SC.

Vidya is focused on developing new markets and seeking additional growth opportunities for the Company. Vidya brings to the company a significant depth of experience in the globalization of business in today's economy and in-depth technical skills.

Prior to founding Diya Systems, Vidya was a Director of Business Development at National Processing Company and helped NPC in its mergers and acquisitions strategies. Vidya holds a M.S. Degree from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia.

JR has been performing successful buyouts for nearly 20 years, as both an executive and an investor. While still in his twenties, he led the buy-out of a group of East Coast wholesale, retail, and real estate companies.

Over 10 years, JR has been responsible for the company's growth to over $80 million in revenue and 300 employees, and has successfully exited through a strategic sale. JR received a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Duke University with Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude honors and Distinction and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Todd Collins has been a Consultant, Executive and Investor in growth and mid-market companies for 20 years. He was a Managing Director at Parthenon Group, the Boston-based International Strategy Consulting firm. There he led the Technology Practice, advising public and private growth companies in the areas of market selection, distribution strategy, and mergers & acquisitions.

Todd received a BA from Harvard University with honors and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Vik is the co-founder of a number of high-tech startup companies such as Backupify, Inc,. Scalable Ventures LLC and Passion4art, Inc. From 2001 to 2010, he served as a Managing Director of the Enterprise Corp in Louisville, where he managed a portfolio of over 100 client companies and helped them raise $120 million. Prior to the Enterprise Corp, he worked as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at bCatalyst, an early-stage business incubator. He started his career working as a consultant for GE Appliances where he was a founding member of their Internet team.

Vik holds a B.S. degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (major in Computer Engineering) from Virginia Tech.
