Sr. Project Manager (.NET):


Primary skills:
  • 8+ years of software development experience of which at least 3+ years of experience on Microsoft .Net solutions
  • At least 3+ years of current project management experience and should have managed multiple projects with team sizes of at least 10.
  • Excellent understanding of current technologies such as ASP.net, C#, VB.Net, XML & SQL
    Server2005 in order to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors.
  • Excellent understanding of coding methods, Design methodologies (UML approach), and well versed with SDLC (with quality procedures).
  • Experience in coordinating and carrying out estimation requests for prospects and new projects. Should be good in various Estimation Techniques such as Function point, UseCase estimation.
  • Ensures that the functional specification can be implemented technically with available resources.
  • Develops and maintains the project management plan. Determines risks, schedule.
  • Measures Software and Hardware needs.
  • Manages the resources allocation within Project boundaries.

  • Actively seeks opportunities for Project and Organizational Process Improvements.
  • Excellent communications skills (Proposals, White papers, Presentations, Oral).

  • Desired Profile:
  • Candidates having minimum experience of 8 + years and minimum qualification of BE, MCA, M.Sc, B.Sc, B.C.A
  • Having worked with US / European clients.
  • PMP Certification is desirable
  • Exposure to CMMi related process/procedures.

  • Sr. NET Developer


    Primary Skills:
  • Experience with .NET Framework 2.0
  • Strong understanding and hands on experience on C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET using Visual Studio.NET 2005
  • Strong SQL Server experience with skills to create and maintain stored procedures, manage database objects and perform data optimization tasks as necessary.
  • Experience on Microsoft Ajax
  • Must have knowledge of ASP.NET 2.0 built-in providers.

  • Capture/record test results using various manual and electronic methods.
