President of International Operations. Dr. Ravi is a successful serial entrepreneur and has had over 30 years of industry experience, over 20 of those in the high technology area. Having successfully founded and grown several ventures over his career. Dr. Ravi brings a very strong operational and management expertise to GlowTouch.
Dr. Ravichandran was a Professor at St. Philomena College for 30 years and holds a Master's degree from Karnataka University, M.Phil. from Madras University and a Ph. D. and Fulbright scholarship from Clemson University, SC.
Vidya Ravichandran - President, GlowTouch
President, GlowTouch. Vidya is focused on developing new markets and seeking additional growth opportunities for the company. Vidya brings to the company a significant depth of experience in the globalization of business in today’s economy and in-depth technical skills. Prior to founding Diya Systems, Vidya was a Director of Business Development at National Processing Company and helped NPC in its mergers and acquisitions strategies. Vidya holds a M.S. Degree from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia.
Bo Borland - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Bo is responsible for sales and marketing at GlowTouch and is focused on business growth for the application development line of business. Bo brings a depth of experience in enterprise application sales and consulting. Before joining GlowTouch, Bo worked in sales at Cognos, an IBM Company, as a solutions architect and territory account manager. Prior to this he worked as a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche, LLC. Bo holds a Business Degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi and a MBA from the University of Georgia.
Russ Broomell - Director of Project Management
Russ Broomell is the Director of Project Management for GlowTouch Technologies. Based in Louisville, KY, Russ oversees the US-based technical staff. Russ and his team are responsible for managing client projects and facilitating development with the team in Mangalore, India.
Before joining GlowTouch, Russ had a wide variety of business and technology experience across several industries, most recently playing key roles in building a start-up company to $30 million+ in revenue in the first 3 years. Russ has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
Shyam Prasad Hebbar - Senior Operations Manager
Shyam Hebbar is the Senior Operations Manager of GlowTouch Technologies / Diya Systems. Currently, he plans, directs, and coordinates company operations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, HR functions, as well as various other administration functionalities. He is in charge of overall operations and key decision making relative to planning, development and growth of the Company.
Prior to joining GlowTouch Technologies, Shyam played a similar role at Diya Systems, USAS Technologies and Sri Guru Infotech.
Yogish Pai - Senior Systems Architect
Yogish Pai is the Senior Systems Architect of GlowTouch-Diya infrastructure. He handles various responsibilities like overall system and network administration, hardware, maintenance, firewall configuration, trouble shooting, server setup, and infrastructural development. He is highly competent in planning, executing, controlling and managing administration tasks and activities for production systems. The entire technology infrastructure backbone of GlowTouch-Diya is managed by him and his skilled team.
Prakash Devadiga - Senior Finance Manager
Prakash is the Senior Finance Manager of GlowTouch Technologies - Diya Systems. His responsibilities involve developing and implementing financial policies and procedures and providing input for identifying, attaining and maintaining the organization's financial objectives and strategies. Specific responsibilities often include creating business plans and forecasts, evaluating existing business processes and new business proposals for financial impact, implementing cost controls etc.
Prakash analyzes monitors and adjusts financial components in order to identify cash flow problems and forecast/ maintain appropriate levels of working capital.
Ashith Shetty - Senior Project Manager
Ashith Shetty is the one of the key Senior Project Managers at GlowTouch.
He has a total experience of more than 15 years in software analysis, design, and development (RUP & SDLC). He is very familiar with prevalent technologies like ASP, VB, XML, COM+, ADO, T-SQL, SQL Server, PHP, MySQL, PostGreSQL, ASP.net, C#, and ADO.net. He has been responsible for designing and developing major projects for our various clients. Ashith also actively participates in the leadership and direction of the company, assisting in determining company-wide processes, priorities, goals, and development timelines.
Nagesh Rai - Senior Systems Architect
Nagesh Rai is a Senior Systems Architect at GlowTouch Technologies and has experience of more than 15 plus years in the Software Industry and is familiar with most of the prevalent technologies in the software marketplace. Nagesh articulates technical issues to non-technical contributors and appropriately tailors messages to different clients. He has hands-on software development (coding) experience in a web-based ecommerce environment. His strong decision-making skills, with ability to identify risks specific to software development, understand technical, financial, and business impacts, and guide project trade-off decisions has been a great asset to the company.
JR Matthews- Principal, Tregaron Capital Company and Managing Director, GlowTouch
Managing Director. JR has been performing successful buyouts for nearly 20 years, as both an executive and an investor. While still in his twenties, he led the buy-out of a group of East Coast wholesale, retail, and real estate companies. Over 10 years, he grew the companies to over $80 million in revenue and 300 employees, and successfully exited through a strategic sale. JR received a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Duke University with Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude honors and Distinction and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Todd Collins- Principal, Tregaron Capital Company and Managing Director, GlowTouch
Managing Director. Todd Collins has been a consultant, executive, and investor in growth and mid-market companies for 20 years. He was a Managing Director at Parthenon Group, the Boston-based international strategy consulting firm. There he led the Technology Practice, advising public and private growth companies in the areas of market selection, distribution strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. Collins received a BA in Government from Harvard University with honors and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
