Helping the customer with Domain related issues.
Domain Registrar Transfers.
Tracking of Fraud issues due to misuse of CC and other copyright Violation.
Abuse/Spam handling and Terms of service Violation.
Handling any issues the customer throws at us. Customer satisfaction is always the primary goal.
2. Client 2
This is basic technical support that we provide for the customers. This includes help on issues which the customer faces when creating their website. We provide complete support for issues arising in the following field.
a) UNIX Platform:
FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
Web Publishing with MS FrontPage.
CGI scripting: This is related to our platform only. We support Perl, PHP, and Python. We help the customer to debug (to a certain extent) the code and also educate them how to setup the code on our system.
MySQL database support.
Email Support: Educate the customer to setup emails on our system and also help them with problem that arises from it.
POP email system

Usage of Advanced Domain management options. Usage of custom DNS
