Here at GlowTouch, we care about our employees. We know that people work better when they are happy, and we provide many amenities to make our employees as comfortable and happy as possible. Some of these amenities include comfortable accommodations, transportation to work, food/ refreshments, Medicare facility, and even free yoga courses!

Are there any housing units provided for employees who live farther away?

We provide free accommodations to all of our employees. For this purpose, we have rented 7 flats (3 for Girls and 4 for boys) which include all the basic necessities, such as furniture. All of our flats consist of 3 bedrooms housing 2 employees in each room. These rooms are stationed in a reputable location, and adequate measures are consistently taken to maintain overall cleanliness and a high standard of living.



What amenities are included for employees who do not have means to get to work?

Transport facility has been provided to get employees to work for all those who are working in the night shift. Furthermore, proper security arrangements have been made to ensure the safety of our female employees working in the nightshift. As a security measure, we pick up and drop off all female employees first. They are always picked up from their door step and dropped at their door step. We even send our office assistants to accompany them to their doorstep in places where cabs cannot enter (by lanes). In case of emergency or break down, alternate arrangements are made to ensure that the employees are picked up and dropped off comfortably and safely.



What kind of Health Care is provided for GT employees?

GlowTouch has entered into an understanding with the Management of A. J. Hospital and Research Centre, whereby the management of the Hospital has agreed to provide medical assistance free of charge especially to those who belong to a lower income category. ESI (Employee State Insurance) is paid to all the employees who draw a monthly salary of > or = Rs.10, 000/-. This will enable the employees to avail medical facilities in the relevant hospitals that come under the Government Category. For less serious conditions, the first aid kit is provided in the front office. This is always available and remains fully stocked with the necessary treatments. Of course, all medicines are frequently checked for expiry and are bought upon the prescription of the practicing physician.



Yoga Therapy and Counseling:
We know that working in the Software/ ITES industry can be stressful and challenging. To maintain a stress-free, relaxed employee base, we have appointed a Qualified Yoga Therapist on part-time bases for the sole purpose of counseling and providing Pranic healing treatment for our employees. Regular batches of employees (10 Males & 10 Females) are allotted an hour of work-out in rotation of 10 days. Additional counseling is also provided for the employees who require the same. This ensures that our employees are completely happy and healthy, and therefore we can offer a work atmosphere which remains relaxed and happy.

Infrastructure:
The GlowTouch offices are located in a brand-new State-of-the-art facility in India. We have access to the latest in technology and infrastructure.
