David Weaver

With a career spanning over 30 years in the call center/BPO industry, Dave has worked in various leadership roles including, sales, client services,  operations, training, pre-sales engineering, pre-sales operations which also included negotiating all contracts for all new deals.   Dave held these positions for several of the largest BPOs and Performance Management Software companies.  Like GlowTouch, Dave believes in partnerships that are based on transparency and conducting all facets of the business with a servant leadership approach.
