Jim Farnsworth

Jim Farnsworth joined Glowtouch in May of 2023 in the role of SVP of Growth.  He brings a wealth of experience as part of a storied career serving enterprises around the world.   Prior to Glowtouch,  Jim served as Executive Vice President – Americas Business Development for Sykes Enterprises until their acquisition and also supported AmplifAI and Carenet in leading their strategic sales efforts.  Jim has worked across the business services space as co-founder of his own consulting and professional services company — virtualwirks; and has served in various senior executive roles with Teleperformance, TTEC, Alpine Access, Conduit Global and MCI Communications. These roles span the business spectrum including sales, operations, strategy, finance, and human resources.  Jim brings more than 20 years of experience with innovation, service and leadership for complex businesses and their customers, ranging in size from SMB to Fortune 500® companies. Throughout his career, he has repeatedly developed complex customer solutions for some of the world’s leading brands.  A native New Mexican, Jim holds a degree in International Relations and Business from the University of New Mexico and resides in Denver Colorado.
