GlowTouch at Largest Industry Trade Show: Customer Contact Week (CCW) Las Vegas

June 11, 2019 (Louisville, KY) – Executive leadership from GlowTouch, a leading provider of contact center, processing, and technology outsourcing solutions, will be exhibiting and collaborating with other customer contact professionals at Contact Center Week (CCW) 2019 in Las Vegas, Nev., June 24-28. CCW is the world’s largest customer contact event, and GlowTouch will be at Booth #1311, as CCW marks its 20-year anniversary.

“This is where customer contact professionals come to innovate and sharpen best practices for enhancing the customer experience,” said Vidya Ravichandran, GlowTouch President, and Founder. “CCW’s vision is parallel to ours—putting people first in order to deliver solutions that that improve all stages of customers’ journey. Therefore, we look forward to exchanging ideas with industry leaders and enhancing our standards of excellence.”

GlowTouch’s mission is putting people first. This includes clients, their customers, our employees, and those in our communities. In support of our communities, company executives will invite CCW booth visitors to spin the Wheel of Giving. Spinning the wheel engages participants, who help decide how “giving back” initiatives will be allocated to four charities with which GlowTouch is associated.

The Wheel of Giving was also on hand at previous industry trade shows, including CCW Nashville, ICMI Contact Center Demo Las Vegas, and CCW 2018. Charities benefitting from the Wheel of Giving are:

  • The Akshaya Patra Foundation: A “mega kitchen” in India that serves 50,000 children attending government-aided schools.
  • KY-SEF: The Kentucky Science & Engineering Fair (KY-SEF) expands science and engineering educational opportunities for the state’s middle and high school students.
  • The BLOOM Charity An organization that improves educational and psychosocial outcomes for orphans living in Morocco who spend an alarming amount of time indoors without stimulation.
  • Water With Blessings Making a positive impact in more than 40 countries worldwide, this initiative provides filter kits to produce clean, safe water.

“Our Wheel of Giving is a fun, hands-on way for trade show guests to help us make a difference in our communities,” stated Ms. Ravichandran. “In all, CCW is an exciting week of learning, sharing, and forging new relationships.”
